I reached out to Chris since I haven’t heard and we made an appt for tonight for six pm. He called me 5 minutes before six to say he was on the other side of town and couldn’t make it. Then promised he would text to set up an appt for next week and he didn’t . I will most likely cancel my policy and demand a full refund if this is the service I am going to get
