Lauren is very responsive and responsible. She is an excellent listener and very patient with all of our questions. As for answers to those questions, if she does not have them on hand (most of the time she does!), she has done research and has followed up with answers. Dealing with Medicare is not easy and there are so many choices to navigate. We have developed a lot of confidence in Lauren in helping us navigate and are pleased she is representing us.
