They have been supportive during my career while I took care of my mom and after she past. The team provided me the time I needed to take grieve her passing and the time to be by her side during Hospice. They all reached out with kind words to express their condolences. One of the best parts about the job are the people.

The only reason I gave a 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the process of pended business is long with no direct access to underwriting or information without going through the BOA. Paramed.com is the cause many of those delays.The process is a bit cumbersome. Overall it is a great comapny with lots of oportunity.
