I have been involved with insurance as an agent off & on for 30 years. I know how agents work. This December, I turned 65, and going through the changes that are required is tedious and could be misleading. I called upon Veronique because briefly, I saw how she treated her clients as a co-worker. It was amazing and would go out of her way to help them even if there was no benefit to her. Her ethics, affection for her clients, knowledge of industry & policies, & her calm demeanor are admirable.

Veronique has changed our family life and is the best agent for returning calls. Most of all she has answered all my life insurance questions and explained the whole life insurance. Made my family feel very comfortable with being able to call her with making changes or getting any information we needed. I was with another life insurance company but decided to change over to a banker life insurance company. I will highly recommend her as your life insurance agent.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
