Harriet did a wonderful job in helping my family transition from the Medicare Advantage to the Medicare supplement program. She was extremely patient and professional with all of us. My family and I were very concerned about the transition and Harriet removed all of the wrinkles so that we could continue with our medical group and hospital system. All I can say is that Bankers Life is fortunate in having Harriet provide such kind as well as professional expertise and advice .

I learned very abruptly about how important 'being prepared' is when my sister had a stroke, was rushed to the hospital and required speech, cognitive and physical therapy aftercare. These treatments are only covered minimally under Medicare, unless you have a long term care insurance. Fortunately, I was connected with Harriet Clutter, whose vast in-depth knowledge of these plans allowed her to immediately design a Long Term Care Plan to protect my family if required. I am so grateful

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
