I would have to say that Patty's "stopping in" and alerting me to an opportunity to save money with an upgrade to another insurance subsidiary of Banker's Life was a godsend. Even though I didn't answer her call to me the day before (unfamiliar number), she took the time to see if I was home anyway. Thank You! She presented coverage of the new policy thoroughly and we double checked the monthly savings. Wow! I was able to arrange monthly premium payment on a much stressful date. Another Wow!

Awesome place to work. They give you all the tools necessary to succeed. You need to actually complete the leg work. What you put into it is what you will get out of it. Don’t forget they will not do the work for you! You need to do that part.

Be sure to confirm the correct policy number, we had short term and long term care policies, however, when I Submitted the paperwork for the claim Bankers processed the incorrect policy and it took over two months to get it corrected and received the check

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
