Even though I didn't answer her call to me the day before (unfamiliar number), she took the time to see if I was home anyway. Thank You! She presented coverage of the new policy thoroughly and we double checked the monthly savings. Wow! I was able to arrange monthly premium payment on a much stressful date. Another Wow!
