When I first began my attempt to contact your business I was very frustrated, the number I was using was 1-800-621-3724 … my attempts were fruitless to get an agent to call back over several weeks. I later learned that this number connects you to a “Lead gathering organization” and not an actual agent, they repeatedly promised a call from an agent but it never happened. I finally got the 1-877-355-8375 and was immediately connected to an agent-Julie Vogado. She was very helpful and we quickly got all my questions answered and got an enrollment plan in the works
My application was swiftly approved and I am now a member. I’m very pleased with all the help that Julie offered me, but I really think that first 800 number should not be where a new client is sent to … Very Frustrating !
So, All in all I give a two thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼 and five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟to Julie Vogado for her help in getting me enrolled.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair).
