Mr. Chapman has the patience of a saint. It was clear right from the start that he knew what he was talking about. At first I thought the flyer was a scam. It ABSOLUTLY is not. He did all the work and came back and said" I got you!" He also does not kick you to the curb when all is said and done. He will help as long as you need it. He does his job well!
