Bob was knowledgeable and through. He took all my current doctor and medication information showed me which plans covered them and the costs of plans. He made sure I was aware of coverage for things like sight and hearing. Very thorough!

I am a Bankers Life client in Florida. Bob got right back to me regarding a dear friend who was recently diagnosed with early onset alzheimer’s. He noticed I was very concerned and called me right back, set up an appointment while I was in town with my friend and her husband. I know I am leaving my friend in the best of hands.

Mr Murphy made everything easy to understand. Prior to meeting with him I was so confused on the many different Medicare plans and options. Bob was very polite and professional and not only helped me make an informed decision but also helped my spouse get the exact same coverage for less money than we were paying for it. Truly, I have never worked with a representative of any company who could hold a candle to Bob !
