Sara is an absolute lifesaver! The first time we met was after my father passed away. She seamlessly handled the paperwork for his policy and went the extra mile to make sure my mother signed up for the best Medicare plan available in our area. After we got a letter that her plan was being cancelled we were scrambling to find Sara's card. Luckily, she reached out to us to see if we needed help as she stays on top of Medicare changes. Sara is kind, efficient, detail oriented. So grateful her!

I have know Sara for many years and she has always took the very same approach and attitude in handling me an my policy since the very same day in which I have meet her, her customer service has never changed nor her response in which she answered the questions which have been asked of her weather it was myself or in my church home where I got her in to speak of the policies to the members. As far as I am concerned she is number 1 in what she does and how she handles the ppl that she comes in contact with.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair).
