This young lady is and was a Godsend for me and my wife Jacqueline. Having gone through a double lung transplant back in June of this year, my wife was in recovery at BWH in Boston. My daughter was back there also in grad school and I was working 6 days a week and visiting my wife on Sundays. After the first month, the calls started and nothing was covered. Alicia fixed and corrected all this and got my wife the needed and correct coverage for her stay and set up the rehab coverage. Thank you.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
