Having gone through a double lung transplant back in June of this year, my wife was in recovery at BWH in Boston. My daughter was back there also in grad school and I was working 6 days a week and visiting my wife on Sundays. After the first month, the calls started and nothing was covered. Alicia fixed and corrected all this and got my wife the needed and correct coverage for her stay and set up the rehab coverage. Thank you.
