He took the time to meet me at my Mom's house to talk me through the steps to sort out the paperwork while cheering me up through a very difficult time. Bruce is both a lively, upbeat and highly professional person, he executed all of the paperwork and benefit receipts with precision and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him.
