    I have dealt with Bruce three times. Bruce is very punctual and very friendly to converse with. Bruce is always prepared and explains all programs so that I ( the customer) understands the difference between plans and which is suited best for me. Bruce is very knowledgeable about the insurance he is selling. He answers all questions easily. I highly recommend Bruce for any customer needing insurance.

    My Mother sadly passed away recently and she had a policy with Bankers Life, I contacted Bruce and he was immediately both helpful and compassionate. He took the time to meet me at my Mom's house to talk me through the steps to sort out the paperwork while cheering me up through a very difficult time. Bruce is both a lively, upbeat and highly professional person, he executed all of the paperwork and benefit receipts with precision and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend him.
