He took the time and went over each and everyone. He went the extra mile to make sure that my dad has what is best for him. He came to my home twice. Once to go over the initial paperwork. In doing so, we found the beneficiary had my dad's 1st wife as beneficiary and she passed in 2009. He brought back the paperwork for my dad to sign with the corrected beneficiary.

This would have been disastrous in the case of a major illness or accident, an issue that has become increasingly important as I have gotten older. So I am very grateful to Alan for pointing this out to me and showing me an alternative type of plan that not only provides much better coverage but also costs less than I have been paying previously.

She works with all Part C plans in Delaware as well as being able to provide the Medicare supplement/medigap plans. She explained the 2 different ways/options for how to receive my care. She checked all of my medications by using the Medicare website and explained her recommendations. We already made an appointment to re-review options due the annual enrollment period.
