He took the time and went over each and everyone. He went the extra mile to make sure that my dad has what is best for him. He came to my home twice. Once to go over the initial paperwork. In doing so, we found the beneficiary had my dad's 1st wife as beneficiary and she passed in 2009. He brought back the paperwork for my dad to sign with the corrected beneficiary.
