Approximately 6 months ago a meeting was set up with Paula Rambo in regards to medicare. We were to meet near my home. Tomasz Bienkow accompanied her to the meeting. I knew nothing about medicare, how it works or supplement insurance. They walked me through the system. Explained it in a way that almost anyone could understand. Since then I've spoken to Tomasz on many occasions. Changing from the insurance I've had most of my life to something totally different. He was able to help anytime.

Tom goes out of his way to help and responds same day. When trying to reach him, he is very personable. I've got to know him the last 3 years and have referred him to many of my retiring friends. They love him as well great customer service. And I will continue to refer him Any chance I get Would not want anyone else.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair).
