Tonya is very thorough and always does a great job, she was very patient and helped me to pick out the best plan for me and it's been working great. Whenever I don't understand something or I get a bill that I'm not sure of I always give her a call or text message and she responds right back and always does a great job handling whatever issues I have and always solving them I think she does an awesome job and I'm very glad to have her

Very thorough, tirelessly explain things over and over until you understand the process. It takes a while for all this information to soak in and you are quite overwhelmed but Tonya was very patient and very kind in repeating things many times until I understood the whole
process of what I needed for my health care needs when turning 65

My agent Tonya is amazingly knowledgeable. She is the one from many agents who did call me and without overwhelming explain me so many different options and benefits. She cares about people and she is asked me what I want for my benefits. She explain me what is the difference between plans. We chose the perfect plan for me. She is very patient with people who speaks another languages and takes her time to make sure people understand everything. I’m glad to have Tonya as my agent.

The Social Security and Medicare process to get signed up and choose the correct options for you is paramount.
Navigating these issues is like trying to find your way thru the Amazon Jungle.
You better have an amazing guide to find your way through this Jungle.

Tonya is that Guide.
She definitely knows what she is doing and has the patience of a Saint.

Navigating these issues is NOT as intuitive as you may think while on the SSA & Medicare websites.

Use Tonya and FEAR NOT the Amazon.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
