This lady has Angel wings! I am homeless! I had no idea how to get or where to get help! She called me to set up a time to go over Medicare! I agreed, but when she showed up, I was terrible to her! I screened at her and cussed her up one side and down the other! I was angry because people keep bugging me about my Medicare! She stood there at my door with a smile and waited for me to finish! She wouldn’t leave! Finally her smile and understanding patients broke me down and I let her come in!

Who knocks on doors anymore? I hate to answer my door cause it is usually the witness people’s or the cable and solar guys! But I saw this pleasantly beautiful smile thru the peep hole and thought I would answer! To my surprise, she was not a Jehovah’s Witness, nor was she the cable guy and definitely not with the solar companies. She was here to make an appointment to educate me about some thing that has been baffling my mind for several months. She was wonderful very knowledgeable.

If I could leave more stars I would. Beth is my Angel. I was on straight Medicaid and Medicare and she showed me how I could have more benefit with a Dual Complete Plan. I never had enough money to get thru the month and now because of her direction and guidance I have a little left over. I would recommend her to everyone. She really truly has been an angel to me. Thank you Beth Ann.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
