- February 22, 20235.0 out of 5.0Rating 5.0My wife and I got 2 small policy's to start in December. They took out the money early in November. We decided at that time we couldn't afford it so we cancelled. They cancelled one and not the other. For three months they took out Sandra's. Customer service was giving different answers than my agent.customer service told me after three months of calling I was past the date of cancellation. What the heck. Finally Brent got it taken of. I was very upset with him and Company. I also requested change of beneficiary for two other policy's last year it wasn't done and again in November 22 it wasn't done. Waiting to see if it's changed this time sent in paper work.
