Carmella is one in a million. She is the definition of going above and beyond. Our Mom, who lived in Florida became ill in the fall of 2023. Because of the fantastic work they did preparing for her Medicare plans and supplement, we were supported each step of the way through her hospitalizations and subsequent medical care. The Social Security Administration apparently overlooked an appeal that my Bankers Life Agent, Carmella Rose had filed on my behalf some months ago. That caused my SSA check to be more than $200/mo less due to increased Medicare charges. When I received the notice I alerted Carmella who got on it immediately. Within a few weeks I received a notification that my SSA had been refigured in line with the original appeal as well as a refund for the shortages of the two month short payments.

Carmela explained things in a simple manner that was in layman's term to somebody that is not familiar with the social security medicare process and I feel relieved I did not have to do this on my own! Can't wait to find out how she can help us with our investments.
