Joanne helped me terminate a bad Aetna Advantage plan and reinstate Medicare with Bankers Life. The Aetna DIS-Advantage DENIED my back surgery and appeals for a procedure that is covered through Medicare. The denials and appeals were frustrating and kept postponing my surgery. I called Joanne and she did an extraordinary job expediting the paperwork to get me on back track.

Honestly, there are not enough stars for her. My husband and I had turned to the age where we needed to enroll in Medicare. I was confused on what to do and how to do it. But then, by coincidence, we met Joanne. She took the reins and worked with us and educated us on the Medicare process and making sure we had the right coverage for medicine, supp health care, etc. And she doesn't stop there, she cares about her clients. I am so glad she came into our lives when she did.

We cannot remember how we found Joanne but we are sure glad that we did. She recommended that we get a Plan F. Little did we realize how important this policy would be. In the last 2 years my wife's medical bills have exceeded well over $350,000.00, and what did this cost us out of pocket. $12.00! We can never thank Joanne enough for her friendship, compassion and knowledge.Thank you so much Joanne!

Ms.Albert led me thru a confusing time of life , helping me navigate the right policy choices for me (7 years ago). She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Great customer service!! More importantly knowledgeable about products! We purchased the top plan, and have had this plan for over 2 years. For all you thinking it’s too expensive, my husband has been hospitalized for 2 weeks with pneumonia. Imagine what that would have cost???

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
