He was very informative, was happy to answer any questions I had, and was in no hurry to leave. He's very respectful, and I've had to call him on several occasions to ask questions because of my different circumstances and possibly having to change my plan because of it. Many times he has stayed on the phone with me for well over an hour just so I could understand. He didn't mind that at all. Best agent ever.
