Andre is an amazing agent! All I have to do is call or text, he answers. If I have any kinda problem he will try to help me. He is so respectful, very honest and is good at his job. He knows what he is talking about and will try to find an answer for you if doesn't know at firsthand. I am very pleased with my sweet cheeks!

I love the way he works, his presence, his patience, and his grace. I don't like pushy salesmen and that's not what I experience with him at all. He is not a salesman by any means. Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease.
