Ms. Katrina Tell was extremely knowledgeable and professional helping both my husband & myself with our supplemental insurance needs. She has gone above and beyond when answering our questions, and there have been MANY. Without her patience and guidance, we were mostly overwhelmed with all the various plans available to us. My husband is retired military and while not unique, did require further assistance in understanding plans that fit our needs. We greatly appreciate ALL her assistance.

What a God send. Medicare was so confusing with all the different options, but Katrina came to our rescue. She explained all the different options in language we understood and helped Us to choose the best option for us. Very late for appointment without calling. Very high pressure sales. Decided not to pursue purchase.this review is for Katrina tell, Sherri Jo was very minor participant for meeting. Whereas katrina controlled the meeting was very high pressure. Left a very impression. Would not purchase future in future policy with you,

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
