Darcy Rotell was a wealth of information. Had the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. Explained things well and I was able to understand the differences between plans. I definitely recommend if your not well versed in insurance.

Darcey is extremely knowledgeable about Medicare and all of the different plans available. She is very patient while explaining all of the information in terms that I could understand.
Darcey is always available to help with confusing doctor bills and questions I have had regarding payments I am responsible for. She answers texts and phone calls right away. She told me one time, “You do not have to figure this out yourself. Let me call the doctors offices and Medicare for you. It’s my job!”
