He was not only knowledgeable about the product, but he made certain that I understood exactly what was available to me and then assisted, without any pressure, what we both thought would be the best option for me. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I felt like I've known him for years rather than this being our first visit. Ken is not an insurance salesman, he is a customer representative that cares about his clients. He asks questions and then comes up with two - three options that fit the needs. He then goes over each option to ensure his client get the best fit for their needs. I have worked with Ken since I became eligible for Medicare and have no intention of switching.
