Ken is a great guy and knowledgeable finance and insurance guy. We’ve been very impressed with his follow up on a yearly basis. He presented us with several LTC options but didn’t try to oversell us on any of the products. Also, he’s been very helpful in outlining our Medicare/prescription options when needed. Highly recommend his services.

Ken was very informative and responsive from my first meeting on. He listens well and provides his information and backs it up with writing or formal presentations. I thought his presentation style was 100% professional and detailed but not overwhelming. My wife and I found him very easy to communicate with and he always called me back promptly and did what he promised.

Ken is not an insurance salesman, he is a customer representative that cares about his clients. He asks questions and then comes up with two - three options that fit the needs. He then goes over each option to ensure his client get the best fit for their needs. I have worked with Ken since I became eligible for Medicare and have no intention of switching.

I had a very good experience with Ken Smart. He has been knowledgeable at helping me sign up for my Medicare plans for the last two years. He is very polite, caring and supportive in going through the plans. After signing up, he has been available if I have any questions or need more information. I hope to have Ken Smart as my Agent for many years.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
