Stephen has always been timely for our appointments and always knowledgeable on a wide variety of plans. He knows about upcoming changes long before I am aware of them and has researched options for me. Additionally, I have watched him with folks who were obviously very concerned and needed immediate assistance. He always makes time for them and eases their concerns. I highly recommend him to friends and coworkers.

Stephen has been our “go to guy” since we moved down to Georgia a few years ago and didn’t have a clue on what was available and best for us. He always listens to our wants and needs and advises us accordingly. He checks back with us on occasion and doesn’t disappear. I can't say enough about Stephen. Visiting us in 2021, he assisted with my husband's impending 65th birthday and Medicare questions. Stephen had the wherewithal to keep us on his radar; contacting us recently, when the timing couldn't have been more perfect! I'm a firm believer that EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON and I was about to buckle-up for a ride through the Medicare Parts C, D, etc. I was dreading it. We met with Stephen yesterday and he was able to give us what we need.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease.
