Showed up at my house unexpected. Took money out of my account without my permission. He took $53 out of my account at the end of September, I had already paid my premium. This money taken out caused me to be overdrawn so I feel he owes me $53 + $32 overdraft fee.
I do not wish to be contacted by anyone, anymore.

Kris provides us with clear information on all our policies and always has the solution we need. My sister in-law passed away recently and we had to pay for her Funeral and it cost us a lot more money than we were insured. We called Kris and he immediately come out with the solution to our problem.

Banker’s Life has really changed their customer service compared to the last sales person.

Before I retired I was Director of Sales at Socket Mobile in CA for 5 years and senior management of Operations at Intermec -Honeywell for 28 years. Managed Customer Sevice, Supplychain, Production Control , Demand Management Materials and Service reported to me.

So I know Kris is a keeper!

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease.
