I didnt know my sister had policies with Bankers Life. Bianca introduced herself days after my sister passed to let me know she had an appointment and couldnt get ahold of her. After I gave her the news she was at my doorstep within a couple hours. She was patient and gave simple instructions even in my grief. I appreciate her presence and the delicate approach. She brings comfort and I thank her tremendously for looking out for my sister and being here for me on such short notice ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent customer service. Extremely thorough and made sure all of my benefits and the Medicare plan started when I turned 65 this month. I love being able to go to whatever doctor and my plan is way cheaper than what I had through work so I used the difference to finally purchase life insurance. I’ve already referred my coworkers to Bianca because the process was so simple. She even offers wealth management services. One-stop-shop for sure.

Years ago I bought a critical health policy. A few months in I got diagnosed with Cancer but didn’t file a claim. My agent moved away & I was scared they’d say no or revoke my policy. I met Bianca 2 months ago for a portfolio & policy review. She filed a claim, fought for me & I just received my payout of $40,000! Unbelievable!!! I will never forget her words ‘I won’t let you run out of money’ I agree with the reviews. She’s a wonderful woman & she cares! Thank you, Bianca!!!

Someone called me to set an appointment, but realized I moved to Iowa. They put me in contact with Bianca and I am beyond grateful!! She reserved a SUNDAY to visit my home, listened to all of our concerns and fixed my Medicare plan. She even reviewed my finances and was able to save me hundreds per month. Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease.
