Kimberly always puts you first. She is kind, sweet and so easy to deal with trying to navigate the annual changes that occur. She is more of a friend than an agent as we have had some difficulties with insurance issues, no fault of hers, but will help you through out the year as well, not just at enrollment time. Would definitely recommend her.
