She's amazing. She treats my mom like she is part of the family and let me tell you that means a lot. She also very patient very kind. I don't just like entry.Also works very, very hard trying to get everything done for you.And when you have problems when it's done, my mom has told me that she really came to the rescue on helping with payments going into early and everything.

Very awesome person she knows her stuff. She can help when there's problems. She knows where to find things. She does an amazing job at communication, and she can yeah, really know. Put forth the effort to help a person even if they're on a very small income.

Jordan was very helpful and did a great job of explaining our options and what would work best for us. She is very friendly and has a good sense of humor. Excellent customer service

She helped me understand what I already had for policies, whether they were beneficial to me and she also answered health related insurance questions. She took the time to pull up online information which provided me knowledge that I could use a local YMCA benefitting me. I wanted to participate so I could use the pool (and other areas) but could not because of the cost - now I found out I can use it with no (oop) cost to me. I went in yesterday and got my membership card. Thank You Jordan!
