Got in touch with the agent who referred us to him and explained that he hadn't been honest with us and we wanted a refund on John's application but haven't gotten it yet nor has he called back. Could not open the application and a request that it be sent a different way bounced back from email and again, no response from the message I left. He said there were only three companies offering long term care and there are many and his plan is expensive.
