After years of these account barely gaining any values and Dave's ability to not stay in touch and It taking Bankers Life so long to do anything we decided to move all our accounts to another program with a different company. We sent in ALL the forms and still after 45 days we are still waiting to get our money and Dave still hasn't called or offered any assistance.
