Chad has been an absolute pleasure to work with, he is knowledgable and doesn't mind making sure we understand exactly what is going on. He's helped both my husband and I with our Medicare as well as our life insurance and really taken his time to make sure we were comfortable with his recommendations!

I was provided excellent customer service by Charles Gates. He truly went above and beyond my expectations. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions, truthfully.You do not really get a whole lot of "truth" from an insurance seller from my experience. But Charles was not trying to push a sale on me. Instead he provided me information and knowledge and explained things to help me understand so that I can make the best decisions for my needs.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
