Michelle was so helpful with this entire Medicare process. She was professional, polite, and personable. She took the time to get to know me, my situation, my goals, and then researched to find the best plan for me. She met with me multiple times and answered all of my questions clearly explaining all parts of Medicare. Michelle was the only agent that actually followed up with a personal visit. That impressed me. I feel confident that she’ll look after my best interests.

I knew nothing about Medicare or part C insurance! Michelle was referred to me by a friend. Thank God she was! She is very knowledgeable about medical and prescription insurance. She has helped me since 2020 and I can say I would be loss without her guidance. I had to call her many times and she would always return my calls promptly and always was willing to go the extra mile to help me. Would definitely refer her to family and friends.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
