Dissatisfied that I choose this policy and agent. Plan was too expensive against claims payment and repeated denials before claims were paid. Additionally, each and every time I had any contact with agent, discussions always revolved around upsell to life policies.

Theresa was knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure on my exact retirement date and Teresa checked in with me once a month and was patient until I had my retirement date. She went through all my options it was very easy to understand. I would recommend her to anyone getting ready to retire.

Theresa did a great job reviewing other Medicare plans versus Colonial Penn’s supplement plans. She used real world examples of what can happen if you happen to have an illness that requires longer stays in the hospital or rehabilitation places. I would highly recommend Theresa to anyone retiring and entering the Medicare coverage world.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
