    i would like cancel my policy i have set up. I'm going to be charged tomorrow and the whole life insurance policy is not what I wanted. I wanted the IUL and I did not understand the terms of the policy. I thought I would be able to invest more into it. Please cancel it.

    I am fine with the long-term life insurance. However, I received a billing notice that I needed to pay immediately or my coverage would be canceled. I kept trying to contact by phone and email. No response. As it turns out it was for the short term policy which I canceled last year. What a waste of time for me. No one called me back. Shame on you for wasting my time, not to mention more mail that just went into the recycling bin.
