Insurance can be a difficult subject to follow at times. "Cat" explained everything in simple terms that could be understood. She is not only thorough but very patient as well, a quality that is not always evident in the business world of today. I enjoyed her briefing and look forward to her next visit.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair).
