It is with great pleasure to write this review. Our representative Joseph Nix has guided us through some pretty complex Medical insurance and life insurance paperwork. He has been extremely helpful in keeping us informed with time lines and helpful with all the paperwork. We are so happy to have Joesph as our representative and part of our financial team. Joe is a wonderful person. Joe has made my life easier for me and explains everything so that I understand what he’s talking about. Especially after I lost the love of my life, Joe made going through all the annuities and Insurance polices ( even those I don’t have with Bankers life ) filling the complicated paperwork only someone like Joe can understand and advised me and investments he can offer and I have excepted. God bless this angle because that is what he is to me.

I am going to amend my previous review for Mr. Nix. He says all the right things to get you signed up for Humana, even gives you his personal cell number, but when you call him a couple of times he acts like he doesn’t want to speak to you, like you’re a bother. Just like all the rest, you’re just not important to him after he gets your signature.

I needed a new insurance plan so I talked with one of those phone insurance agents and he set me up with a Humana Plus plan. I had some questions because I felt unsure but he said, " Don't worry, everything will be alright." That wasn't reassuring to me. I heard that Joseph was coming to our building to help folks with their ins. needs. Right away he noticed the agent put me in the wrong plan, in fact Humana would have rejected it. So, Joseph set me up with a plan that was right for me.

Absolute great helpful service. Could not possibly ask for more. Options and recommendations easily explained and mapped out. Joseph is always supportive and the best.
