I jokingly said there needs to be a college coarse to learn all the options for your personal needs. John was very helpful with having all the info on the choices. He told me early on that he’d be our agent for whatever we chose, therefore I could always call with questions if something came up outside the open enrollment. He’s like having family! Call him.
