When John Stanley first called since I am approaching 65 yrs old I was so annoyed being bombarded by different brokers. I gave John a scolding, but his voice his manners his demeanor won me over, he has been so kind and knowledgeable and I feel I have gained a friend for life. I have peace of mind knowing my medical coverage will be met, affordable at that.

We meet John couple years when my husband was retiring and I turned 65. We had always had employer insurance so we had a lot to learn. I jokingly said there needs to be a college coarse to learn all the options for your personal needs. John was very helpful with having all the info on the choices. He told me early on that he’d be our agent for whatever we chose, therefore I could always call with questions if something came up outside the open enrollment. He’s like having family! Call him.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
