Scott was on time introduced himself and the on Ed he was training. We did a little small talk then he asked me if I needed to do any changes and I did. He asked questions and applied it to his PC and then he went through the contract and explained everything then aside i had any questions. He made sure I understood what I was doing and that was comforting to me personally. He was absolutely wonderful in manners and knowledge.

He's great explaining here we can understand and talking time show customers how to set up phone, He's a great asset to your company.
