Justin is one fantastic gentleman! I feel he goes through insurance so I can understand. I do trust him completely. If I need information he is willing to give me the time and sure if I need help or my daughter if I ever go into care facilities I feel Justin will be there to help though anything.

The service was good except a premium payment was taken out in May that should not have until June. Justin knew this. It cost me a $50.00 overdraft fee. I am only on Social Security and was very unhappy with loosing $25.00.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
