Ellen came to my mother's house to review her accounts with Bankers Life. She was very well prepared and knowledgeable about all of the available products. She was able to change my mother's part D coverage and save her a great deal of money. I will be calling her myself in a couple of years to help walk me through all of the Medicare process as well.

In the past, I learned that to get good service with my Medicare Advantage, get a personal agent. After talking to several agents, I found Ellen Ableson to exhibit great care and concern in helping me chose one that met my pharmacy concerns, plan costs, and available benefits. Her kind, patient manner will be assets any client will appreciate. Make her your agent.

Ellen and a co-worker cold-called my door about Medicare. I very rarely fall for attempted pitches this way, but Ellen said all the right things, so I said yes to visit.

She has now visited 3X to go over existing discussion points and new ones. Ellen really knows her stuff. She is also SUPER patient and will repeat things as often as is necessary until it's well understood. My cat even liked her.

I had several companies pursuing me on Medicare. I have since turned them all away.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
