Morgan is a true gem. She definitely knows her stuff and I can call her about anything because she's always willing to lend a helping hand. She keeps me informed about the things that affect my health care and makes everything personalized, which makes me feel like she really cares. Medicare is so confusing and she breaks it down in a way that's easy to digest. If you need a true specialist, call Morgan. You'll be glad you did.

Morgan is so kind and friendly. She always makes time to answer my questions and she really cares about my wellbeing. Even after moving to a different state, she kept in touch with me and helped me find new doctors that take my Medicare plan. I call her anytime I receive something in the mail that I don't understand and she will always calm my nerves and explain the situation to me. I know she is busy, but she always makes time for me.

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease.
