Medicare can be very complicated especially after working for a large company that offers insurance that is pretty straight forward. There are so many parts to Medicare that it is nice to have a knowledgeable person explain it to you and answer all your questions. Having Jordan as a resource to reach out to whether it is on the phone or in person makes me feel comfortable as I will be on Medicare for the rest of my life.
