Outstanding Customer Service!
Layton is a wonderful man, extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind with a great sense of humor, an all around amazing guy and an asset to Banker's Life. I worked with him obtaining my very first life insurance policy and it was a great experience. He explained my policy to me thoroughly and even answered all my off the wall questions and told me to call him if I had any questions further down the road. He truly is the best! Thanks again!

I can't say enough about Layton he brings back excellent customer service. We seem to forget our senior's needs. Insurance can be really intimidating and confusing. Layton comes to your home sits down with you and your family. He remembers details about you and your needs. Who does that anymore Layton Bourhill does. Bankers life is blessed to have him representing your name.

He has always responded to any questions or concerns on the phone promptly and informatively. Great communication, returns phone calls right away . I can call with questions and he makes sure to get me the answers.For your convenience he comes to your home and explains all the plans available . Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease. Medicare may not cover many of these costs associated with aging.
