Great customer service.

David is such a great insurance agent. He is knowledgeable, patient, sincere and knows how to make insurance understandable. He doesn’t talk down to me and takes the time to help me understand the plans so I can make the best choice.

David was EXCELLENT! Like many of my friends who are turning 65, I had been dreading the Medicare sign-up process. David simplified everything for me. He explained the process in easy to understand terms and helped me with all of the paperwork. In less than 90 minutes it was all handled. I highly recommend David.

David simplified the process and put everything in terms that I could understand. He held my hand the entire way and we completed everything in a couple of hours. I highly recommend David.

Mr Holcombe was easy to talk to, informed about what we (wife too!) needed, & had that great quality of: if he didn't know the answer to one of my "fine print" questions, he said so, then found the answer, & got back to us very quickly!
