All my friends who had already applied for Medicare told me to seek help as the Application Forms were very confusing. Discovered Kimberly’s name in a publication that list local Melbourne businesses. Called her and made appointment. After which she came to my house and explain everything involved and that I would save money by filing using my Melbourne Address. Never at anytime did she pressure me to sign with her instead she gave me time to review all the information to be sure I wanted to go with her.

Dealing with Kim has been a refreshing experience in todays world of customer service.
She has accomplished things that I didn’t think were possible! ie..got plan B added to my Medicare in 24 hrs & got my Medigap policy issued within 24hrs. Answers and returns phone calls promptly and actually does what she says she will do. Very professional and has exceeded my expectations!

Long-term care is the type of assistance people need when they can no longer perform some or all basic activities of daily living (ADLs) which can include eating, bathing, continence, dressing, toileting and transferring (that is, moving in or out of a bed, chair or wheelchair). Long-term care needs typically arise as part of the normal aging process, but they also can be due to an injury or illness, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke or rheumatoid arthritis, or due to a cognitive impairment like Alzheimer’s disease.
