Mr. Timberlake is personable and patient ... and knowledgeable, of course. The in-person introduction was key to my application, I think. I was inundated with letters and emails. BankersLife's approach set it apart.

My nephew referred me to Spencer because I'll be turning 65 soon. I didn't know anything about the sign up process for Medicare or what to trust with all the calls and mail I was getting.
